Cory is the Southeast Regional Sales Manager at RDI Technologies. He is passionate about introducing companies to the ground-breaking technology of Motion Amplification®.  Demonstrating how this non-contact technology will change the way they are currently doing business is what drives him! He has 30+ years in the M&R Industry including vibration analysis, ultrasonics, thermography, and other corrective technologies. His vast experience and understanding of the industry are a tribute to the success RDI Technologies has achieved in the marketplace. 

He is a Level II vibration analyst, Level I ultrasonics, and Level II thermographer and has an extensive background in balancing and alignment. Cory is also currently serving as Vice Chairman of the Georgia Chapter of the Vibration Institute and is in his fourth year of volunteer firefighting--all while enjoying his time in the gym and striving for daily healthy habits!

Webinar Abstract

Motion Amplification is a camera based full-field motion and vibration technique that detects subtle motion and enhances that motion to a level visible to the naked eye, resolving motions as small as 250 nanometers. By utilizing the millions of pixels in today’s modern cameras and turning those pixels into data points from which to extract motion, the technique allows non-contact visualization and measurement of motion across large fields of view with 100% coverage.

Since its introduction Motion Amplification has rapidly evolved to include a host of other full-field vibration techniques and features that complement and enhance the use of camera-based vibration and motion measurement.

This webinar will provide a comprehensive look at a range of new techniques along with case studies that produce multiple layers of data extracted from video to better understand the motion in the scene.
